 GENERAL RULES:
FIDE Laws of Chess is valid for the tournament maybe gathered from organisation in English or Turkish
APPLICATION:
i. Open to all Turkish players who have TCF License.
ii. Open for foreign players they may show a valid passport.
iii. No entry fee for the FIDE titled players and the women players whom birth year 1989 and before. Other players should pays 40 TL. This payment is 20 TL for who resides officially in Keşan.

STATUE:
i. All results will be sent to FIDE for ELO and title aims.
TIE-BREAKS:
i. Respectively Buchholz-2, Buchholz-1 (weakest result reduced), Sonnoborn-Berger, Number of wins. If necessary the tie shall be broken by drawing a lot.
ii. Player will take only the highest money prize if he/she obtains money prizes from different categories. (if the prizes are same, condider the general final rank).
iii. For the medals to top three and to determine prizes for the category of under 16, tie-break will be taken under calculation
iv. Money prizes fort he same final ranks will be shared.
APPEALS:
Appeals committee will be declared in Technical Meeting. Protest against decisions of the Chief Arbiter or his assistants must be submitted in writen form to the Chairman of the appeals committee within 15 minute after completion of the playing session. The protest must be accompanied with the sum of 50€ as a deposit from the signatory. If the appeal is granted, the sum shall be returned immediately. If the appeal is refused, the deposit is forfeited to TCF.
ACCOMMODATION:
Organization will be provided free accommodation to first 7 players who titled FM, WIM, IM, WGM, GM. Applications shall be evaluated according to following order: FIDE title, ELO rating, and application date. Please contact to Tournament Director for the further details.
