GENERAL RULES:

FIDE Laws of Chess is valid for the tournament maybe gathered from organisation in English or Turkish

APPLICATION :

i. Open to all Turkish players who have TCF License.

ii. Open for foreign players they may show a valid passport.

iii. No entry fee for the FIDE titled players. Other players should pays 40 TL. This payment is 20 TL for who resides officially in Keşan.
